What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments with any credit card (national and international cards, issued in any country in the world), debit cards issued in Chile, bank transfers from bank accounts in Chile and Peru, and cash deposits in Chile and Peru. Our payment methods are:
- PayPal, for payments with credit cards.
- WebPay, for payments with credit cards.
- Mercado Pago, for payments with credit cards.
- Culqi, for payments with credit cards.
- Redcompra, for payments with debit cards issued in Chile.
- Bank transfer, only from Chilean and Peruvian bank accounts.
Pay without creating an account nor previous registration with any of our payment methods.
Do you accept installment payments with credit card?
The possibility of installment payments, as well as the final amount of each installment, will be determined by the credit card issuing bank, not having from us any promotion nor special agreement about it.
Can I pay at your offices?
We are a website that receive just online bookings, therefore, we don't have a commercial public service office. In case you want pay in cash, you can make it selecting "bank transfer" as payment method and then making a bank deposit in cash, according to the instruction that we will send you to your e-mail address.
Is it safe paying online?
Yes. Thanks to our SSL certificate (Secure Sockets Layer), your payment information is encrypted and protected from fraud. SSL encrypts your personal data, for example, your password, address and telephone number, and just you and the credit card issuer entity will have access to your card data.
Can I pay the total amount of a service online instead of just an advance?
Yes. Just in case it is necessary paying an advance and yet you prefer paying the total amount of the service, write us to reservas@denomades.com and we will send to you an e-mail with the instructions for the total payment.
