Itinerary
We will gather in our meeting point at the agreed time, where the vehicle will take us to go to Písac, 40 minutes from the city of Cusco. Here, we will have time to go over the craftwork market, before continuing towards the archaeological site. Once there, the guide will give us important historical information, before give us free time to traverse the site on our own.
After that, we will go to Urubamba, where we will have our buffet lunch (check the optional service), so we have energy for our next visit: Ollantaytambo. We will go up the terraces to visit the sun temple ruins and learn a little bit more about the construction techniques used by quechuas. Then, we will walk by an original Inca Trail to descend to our starting point, with views of the close valleys and the same ruins we visited a moment ago.
Finally, we will go towards Chinchero, place where we can visit the church and admire the paintings, sculptures and altars that witness the history of the building from its construction in the 17th century.
Back in Cusco, we will say goodbye to our guide and the vehicle will leave us in a point close to the Main Square after 10 hours of activity.
*Entrance fee prices subject to change without previous notice.
