If you cancel your booking until 8 days, 8 hours before the beginning of the activity, we will refund 100% of the advance you paid for the booking.

Prices

  • From January 1st to December 31st, 2019:
    • Price per person, based in double occupancy: from US$ 497.

*If you are travelling with people under 18 years old, write us at reservas@denomades.com so we send you the prices.

Itinerary

*You can change the day (date) of any of the services. This change could be made in the online booking next step, after being selected in the calendar the date you want to begin the itinerary and the number of people traveling.

*Alternative to the Perfect Plan for 3 days in case you have more time in Cusco and you like to combine activities with adventure.

Included

  • For the Sacred Valley & Machu Picchu (2 days):
    • Hotel pick up for the Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu tour.
    • Transportation by bus and train for the Sacred Valley tour.
    • Transportation by bus (roundtrip) between Aguas Calientes and Machu Picchu.
    • Bilingual guide.
    • Dinner in the first night of the plan.
    • Accommodation the first night of the plan in Aguas Calientes, in Hostal Presidente or Hotel Vista Machu Picchu (double private room, with private bathroom).
    • Entry ticket to the Machu Picchu citadel (archaeological site).
  • For the Cusco City Tour: shared transportation, bilingual guide (Spanish and English) and drop off in Cusco's downtown.
  • For the Humantay Lagoon Trek: pickup at the hotel, shared transportation, breakfast, lunch, bilingual guide, entry ticket and drop off in Cusco's downtown.
  • For the Vinicunca Rainbow Mountain Trek: pickup at the hotel, shared transportation, breakfast, lunch, bilingual guide, entry ticket and drop off in Cusco's downtown.

Not included

  • Hotel pickup neither for the City Tour Cusco.
  • Accommodation neither the second, the third nor the forth night of the plan.
  • Meals not specified on the included services.
  • Entry ticket to the Cusco Cathedral (S/. 25 per person).
  • Entry ticket to the Coricancha Temple (S/. 15 per person).
  • Entry ticket to the Machu Picchu Mountain (US$ 20 per person).
  • Entry ticket to the Huayna Picchu Mountain (US$ 20 per person).
  • Tourist ticket.

Cancellation policy

  • The program can be cancelled up to 10 days in advance. The non-refundable cost for this is US$ 209, corresponding to the entry ticket to Machu Picchu, Huayna Picchu Mountain and the train tickets.
  • Neither will be reimbursed the amount for the optional services bought, because of the suppliers' policies.
  • If you want to cancel the program less than 10 days in advance, you must pay 85% of the total price.
