For the shuttle to the airport, what time you will pick me up?
We will pick you up between 3 and 5 hours before your departure flight, depending on the location of your accommodations and the vehicle traffic at that time. The pickup’s exact time will be informed along with the booking’s confirmation.
What type of luggage am I allowed to take in the shuttle?
The service allows a small item that you will take with you in your seat (bag or backpack) and a hand luggage or a checked bag of maximum 23 kg per person. In case you need more space for more bags, a larger bag, or other type of luggage, let us know so we can manage before and set the associated costs.
Is there a special fee for children?
Kids up to 4 years old do not pay for the shuttle service. You must let us know in the comments box during the booking process If you are traveling with children and if you need a special chair so we can coordinate with the provider.
