We will pick you up between 3 and 5 hours before your departure flight, depending on the location of your accommodations and the vehicle traffic at that time. The pickup’s exact time will be informed along with the booking’s confirmation.

Kids up to 4 years old do not pay for the shuttle service. You must let us know in the comments box during the booking process If you are traveling with children and if you need a special chair so we can coordinate with the provider.

The service includes a small personal item that you must carry in your seat (purse or backpack) and a carry-on bag or checked suitcase of up to 23 kg per person.
