Day 1: Santiago - La Parva - Federation Camp (12 km trek, 7 hours).
With this El Plomo Hill Expedition of high difficulty you will be able to explore this mountain of almost 5,500 meters of altitude, which makes it the highest peak visible from Santiago, and it can be seen from any point in this city. You will begin the tour by heading to the La Parva ski center, from where you will begin the journey walking to the base camp in Federación.
Day 2: Federation Camp - El Plomo Hill Summit - Federation Camp (8 km trek, 12 hours).
The second day begins very early in the morning, as you will set off towards the summit. Although the ascent of El Plomo Hill is technically easy, since you will climb to an altitude of 5,424 metres, it is a physical challenge and therefore you will proceed slowly to acclimatise and avoid altitude sickness. Once at the summit you will have an incredible view of the Central Andes Mountains, including Aconcagua and a privileged view of Greater Santiago. After appreciating these beautiful views and resting, you will begin the descent to base camp.
Day 3: Federation Camp - Santiago (12 km trek, 6 hours).
On the third day you will begin the descent from the camp to the base, from where the vehicle will take you back to your accommodation, ending this activity.
