You will visit a nature reserve located in the coastal area of the Santo Domingo commune, with 100 hectares dedicated to the protection of biodiversity, making it home to numerous exotic and native species.
You will also visit the Maipo River Wetland, created in 2002 by the Santo Domingo municipality on the southern bank of the Maipo River to protect the biodiversity of this important ecosystem. In this natural sanctuary, you can observe migratory and resident birds in their habitat.
During the tour, you will learn about the importance of biodiversity, wetland conservation, and the role of birds in ecological balance.
