Puritama Hot Springs

If you cancel your reservation up to 30 days before the start of the activity, we will refund you 100% of the reservation payment. No refunds will be issued on cancellation requests received after the indicated anticipation.

Visit the Puritama Hot Springs and combine rest and privileged views of the desert. Includes shared transportation, massage and cocktail.

Included:

pick up at your accommodation (urban area), shared transport, entrance fee to the hot springs, first-aid kit, masseur, table and chairs for meals, guide (Spanish, English or Portuguese), cocktail and drop off at city's downtown.

What to bring:

comfortable shoes, hat to protect against the sun, bathing suit, towel, flip flops, sunglasses, sunscreen, water and comfortable clothing.

In case of suspension for weather conditions, we will refund 100% of your payment.

Not included:

entrance fee to Puritama Hot Springs (Monday to Friday, morning time, and Saturday and Sunday all day: CLP$ 19.500 per person; Monday to Friday, afternoon time: CLP$ 11.700).

We will pick you up to leave the city towards the Purtiama Hot Springs, thermal water wells in the middle of a canyon. The temperature of the pools' water vary between 32 and 34°C, and it is said that has medicinal properties. In addition, we will see the variation of colors in the desert landscape, while we rest with the thermal bath. During the time we will spend in this thermal complex, we will be able to enjoy a 10 minutes massage made by the masseur that will be joining us, who will give the directions so you can make the most of this moment of relax. It should be notice that the facilities have bathrooms, dressing rooms and lockers to keep your belongings. The activity ends with a cocktail before returning to San Pedro de Atacama.


Entry tickets' price

  • Prices of the entry ticket for online purchase in https://termasdepuritama.cl/reservation:
  • Monday to Friday, morning time, and Saturday and Sunday all day: CLP$19,500 per person.
  • Monday to Friday, afternoon time: CLP$ 11,700 per person.
  • Prices of the entry ticket for in person purchase* in hot springs entry:
  • Monday to Friday, morning time, and Saturday and Sunday all day: CLP$ 15,000 per person.
  • Monday to Friday, afternoon time: CLP$ 9,000 per person.


*While buying the entry ticket in person is cheaper, for dates with too many people the entry tickets may be all sold out for in person purchase, having then the possibility of not entering to the hot springs. Denomades will not make refunds for the transportation service in case you cannot enter, reason why our recommendation is that you buy the entry ticket online.


*Once you made your booking, the transportation to the hot springs will be confirmed within the previous week to the date in which you book, based on the availability of the pools. In case there is no availability, we will offer you the closest date available or the refund of what you paid.

    The maximum altitude reached is similar to the one in San Pedro de Atacama (2450 m), so you do not need a previous acclimation.

    The vehicle used for this tour may be a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter (or similar) or a Ford Econoline.

  • How far in advance should I book the activity?

    We receive bookings until 48 hours in advance. However, we have limited spaces and always are subject to availability, so our recommendation is to make the booking as far in advance as possible.
