Puerto Natales’ Airport Shuttle

The one way shuttle from the airport to your accommodation in Puerto Natales is available for all flights landing between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. We will be waiting for you in the Puerto Natales’ airport with your name in the arrival area.

 

The return shuttle from Puerto Natales to the airport is available for all flights taking off between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm. We will pick you up around 1 hour and a half before your departure time. We will confirm the pickup time the day before your flight.

    The shuttle is available for all flights with landing and takeoff between 08:00 and 18:00.

    The shuttle is available for all arrival and departure flights, all year round.

  • For the one-way shuttle, how will I find the shuttle at the airport?

    For the shuttle from the airport to Puerto Natales, once you arrive at the airport, we will be waiting for you with a sign with your name on it.

  • For the return shuttle, what time will I be picked up?

    We will pick you up between 90 and 120 minutes before your flight departure. We will reconfirm your pick-up time the day before your flight.

  • What type of vehicle is used?

    The transfer is carried out in a van with capacity for 11 or 14 passengers.

  • What happens to my shuttle reservation if my flight is delayed in Santiago?

    In case your flight is delayed, please send us an email informing us of the situation. In any case, we will wait for you at the airport until you land.

  • Is there a special rate for children?

    Children under 6 years old are free of charge, as long as they sit on their parents' laps. Children over 6 years old pay the adult rate. The service does not include child seats.

  • How long does it take to get to the city?

    The shuttle takes between 15 and 30 minutes between the airport and the city of Puerto Natales.

  • What type of luggage am I allowed to bring on the shuttle?

    The service includes a small personal item that you must carry in your seat (purse or backpack) and a carry-on bag or checked suitcase of up to 23 kg per person. Additionally, there is the possibility of carrying other items such as bicycles. You must notify us at the time of booking to confirm availability. An additional fare of CLP$ 15,000 is charged for each item.
