There, you will know more about the production process, and you will have a tasting. Then, you will go to Cadiz, very important port because if its geographical location. The history if Cadiz take us back to the Phoenicians, who settled there to control the commercial routes during the Ancient History period. From there the general Hannibal sailed to conquer the Italic Peninsula and Julius Caesar gave it the rank of civitas foederata, the highest rank given to the autonomous cities under Roman mandate. There you will see the San Juan de Dios Square, the Cathedral of Cadiz, and the Viña Neighborhood, among other attractions. While you tour the streets, the guide will give important data about history and culture of this city, like its important role during the colonization of America and for being where the Spanish Constitution of 1812 was born.
