We will pick you up to depart from Santa Marta to explore a nearby town: Minca. We will arrive at this small coffee town located in the lower part of the Sierra Nevada of Santa Marta to take a 1-hour walking tour through different areas until reaching a local coffee farm, where they will teach us the basic concepts of the coffee production process.
Afterwards, we will hike for around 40 minutes to a small natural lagoon where we can swim and cool off. Then, we will walk back for lunch and we will have an experience where we can learn about bioconstruction with bamboo. Next, we will have a small cocoa and chocolate tasting before starting the return trip back to the city of Santa Marta to end the activity.
