Itinerary

Beginning: Day 1 at 6:00 pm at your hotel in Punta Arenas.
End: Day 3 at 10:00 at your hotel in Punta Arenas.

Day 1: Punta Arenas – Francisco Coloane Sea Park. We will pick you up at your hotel in Punta Arenas to begin our trip by land to Bahía Carrera, 50 km to the south of the city. In this place, we will board the Forrest motor vessel to begin a navigation through the Magellan Strait. We will have our welcome dinner and we will spend our first night navigating.

Day 2: Francisco Coloane Sea Park. Around 7:00 am, the ship will anchor in the Helado Gulf, in front of the impressive glacier of the Santa Inés Island. Here we will have an excursion by Zodiac, at the bottom of the ice wall, and we will disembark by the sides of the glacier. The rest of the day, we will navigate by the Bárbara Channel, the surroundings of the Carlos III Island and Ballena Gulf, where we will be able to watch and get closer to these amazing sea mammals, besides other species. After this moment of contact with the sea nature at the end of the world, and taking the corresponding pictures, we will go back to the Forrest for dinner and spend our second night on board, while the navigation back to Bahía Carrera begins.

Day 3: Punta Arenas. Once back to our beginning point in Bahía Carrera, we will get up early to have breakfast, and then disembark. In this place, our transportation will be waiting for us to go back to the city of Punta Arenas, where our activity ends.
