Not included:

lunch, todos los Santos Lake navigation (CLP$ 10,000, subject to weather conditions and vessel availability), ascent in char lifts first distance (CLP$ 12,000 per person only for the first section, and CLP$ 18,000 per person for the first and second sections) and entrance fee to the Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park (CLP$ 3.500 for residents in Chile and US$ 9 for non-residents in Chile).

Cancellation and rescheduling policy:

24 hours.

If you cancel your booking until 24 hours before the beginning of the activity, we will refund 100% of the advance you paid for the booking.

We will pick you up at your hotel to begin the tour from the city of Puerto Varas. We will take the road that goes along the edge of the Llanquihue Lake to the area of Ensenada, where we will go up towards the Centro de Ski y Montaña Volcán Osorno (Osorno Volcano Ski and Mountain Center). We will stay there for 1 hour to enjoy the landscape and take some pictures of the other summits of the Andes Mountain Range, the Llanquihue Lake and even see the Pacific Ocean, if the weather allows it. As an optional, we will be able to drink a cup of coffee or hot chocolate in the coffee place of the center, or take the chair lifts towards the Primavera or Glaciar stations, at 1450 and 1750 m a. s. l. (not included), respectively. Then, we will go to the Petrohue area in the Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park (entry ticket not included). In this place, we will walk through the tracks for half an hour inside the woods to reach the Petrohue Falls and witness the flow of the river with the same name. After that, we will continue travelling for 5 km more to the Petrohue Port, on the shores of the Todos los Santos Lake. In this place and if the weather conditions and vessel availability allow it, we will have time to make a 30 minutes motor boat navigation on the lake and enjoy the landscape with the volcano and the woods as background. Finally, we will take our transportation to return to the city.


*On Mondays and Tuesdays, until further notice, the Volcan Osorno Mountain Resort will be closed, so the tour will be made only to the refugio Teski Club (coffee shop and restrooms) without the possibility to take the chair lifts.


*If your accommodation is an Airbnb or the Hotel Casa Azul, we will have to set a meeting point to begin the tour, because the pickup is not made in this kind of places.


*The end time of phis activity might be modified because of the number of passengers during January and February, which is bigger than the rest of the year. Because of that, our recommendation is not to buy tickets to leave Puerto Varas until 5 hours after the end of the tour or leave your trip for the day after.

  • Is there a place where we can buy lunch?

    Yes, we will make a stop in one of the places included in the itinerary. There you can buy lunch, for what you have to take between CLP$ 10,000 and CLP$ 15,000 or take something from where you will take the tour.

  • When should I buy the Vicente Pérez Rosales Park entrance fee?

    The entrance fee for Vicente Pérez Rosales National Park must necessarily be bought not later than the day before the excursion, in https://www.pasesparques.cl/. At the moment of the pickup, the guide will ask for the entrance fees to all passengers, including children and adults over the age of 60. If one of them does not have the tickets, he or she will not be able to make the tour and there will be no refund.
