We will gather at the meeting point to catch the train to Nuremberg. Once you arrive there, you will learn about the city's history and important milestones, from its founding to its dark past during the 20th century, when numerous Nazi party events were held. It also hosted the landmark Nuremberg Trials, some of the most famous judicial proceedings in the history of the 20th century, where the crimes committed by the Nazis during World War II were revealed to the world. You will see the Old Town, the Church of St. Lorenz, the Museum Bridge over the Pegnitz River, HauptMarkt Square, and Frauenkirche Church, among many other well-known sites in the area. Next, you will visit the home and museum of the painter Albrecht Dürer, the most famous artist of the German Renaissance, known throughout the world for his paintings, drawings, engravings, and theoretical writings on art. There will also be some free time to continue discovering the nooks and crannies of this beautiful city. At the end of our Nuremberg Excursion by Train, you will return to the Bavarian capital, Munich.
