This Wine & Olive Full Day tour will take you through the flavors of this region in Argentina. Depending on the option you choose, you will be able to visit different wineries:
Full Day with Lunch at Luján and Maipú Wineries
You will begin your tour by visiting the Alta Vista winery, located in Chacras de Coria (Luján de Cuyo), where, in addition to tasting their wines, you will learn about the family's long history and historic vineyards. Then, in the Maipú region, you will visit the Trivento winery, one of Argentina's leading wine producers and exporters. Later, you will visit the Tempus Alba winery, where you will enjoy a delicious lunch. Finally, you will visit the Laur boutique olive oil factory, where a guide will show you how Argentine olive oil is made, with a tasting of different oils, balsamic vinegar, sun-dried tomatoes, pasta, and different types of olives.
Full Day Maipú with Lunch at Santa Julia Winery
The first winery you will visit is Trapiche in the Maipú region, where you can admire its Renaissance-style construction dating back to 1912, considered one of the icons of Argentine wine making architecture. Here you can taste its delicious wines. You will then visit the Antigal winery, one of the oldest producing wineries in Mendoza. Later, you will have lunch at the Pan & Oliva restaurant at the Santa Julia winery, ending with a tour of its Almazara olive oil factory, where you will learn about the oil-making process.
