You will depart from the city of Mendoza to begin this Andes Truck tour, which will take you to the Villavicencio Nature Reserve, a protected area part of the Argentine Wildlife Foundation. You will travel aboard a 4x4 vehicle, where you will be able to appreciate incredible panoramic views and the local wildlife, such as guanacos, foxes, birds, and perhaps even a condor.
The route will continue along the old International Road and part of the Caracoles Road, named so because it has many curves. Finally, you will arrive at Hornillos, where you can see several herds of guanacos from the vehicle.
The tour continues with a visit to the Condor Sanctuary, a site dedicated to the protection and study of this species, the world's largest flying bird, sacred to some Andean cultures.
Later, you will descend to the first and second Mirador de los Caracoles (Caracoles Viewpoint), where you can enjoy wonderful views of the mountain range. Then, you will head to your last stop, the iconic Hotel Villavicencio, where you will enjoy a delicious lunch.
In the afternoon, you will have time for some adventure activities with the Villavicencio Park team (not included) before returning to Mendoza to complete the tour.
