You will begin this High Mountain by the River tour, visiting different locations and making stops to explore them better. These include Uspallata, known for its nearby desert mountains, such as Cerro de los Siete Colores and Cerro Tunduqueral; Puente del Inca, a rock formation that creates a 48-meter-long natural bridge suspended 27 meters above the Las Cuevas River; the Aconcagua viewpoint, from where you can see the impressive Aconcagua Mountain; and the town of Las Cuevas, where you will have time for lunch (not included). During the summer, weather and road conditions permitting, you can climb to Christ the Redeemer before returning to Mendoza. During the winter, specifically during the snow season, you can stop at Los Penitentes to enjoy the snow.
*In summer it is possible to take a walk in the Los Horcones lagoon (Aconcagua Park) with a prior reservation that you must book on the Aconcagua Park page; This hike is not included in the tour price.
