We will leave to the north of Iquique, towards the Tarapaca Desert. During the trip, our guide will tell us the causes of the Pacific War and the various situations experienced by Chilean soldiers, Peruvians and Bolivians during this conflict. On the way to Pisagua, we will observe Jazpampa saltpeter office, where Peruvian soldiers were quartered, and Chilean units later.

Already in the port of Pisagua, we will visit Playa Blanca, landing site of the first step of the Chilean Army. We will observe the strengths and trenches that had the allied army for its defense. Afterwards we will tour the Clock Tower, the Municipal Theatre and the Building Prison, declared a National Monument.

After a delicious seafood lunch, we will go to the station of Dolores, to visit their ceremonial plaza and water wells. We will observe the Cerros San Bartolo, Tres Clavos y San Francisco Sur, where physically produced the meeting between battalions allies against Chilean artillery in the "Battle of Dolores".

Continuing our tour, we will visit the historic site where the Battle of Pampa Germania developed. Finally we will move to Alto de Tarapaca land where the Santa Cruz division clashed with Allied units. We will visit the Quebrada de Tarapaca and his ranch, and monolith in memory of the fallen heroically in the Battle of Tarapaca.
