We will gather at the meeting point to start this Albaicin & Sacromonte Tour, two of the most iconic neighborhoods in the city of Granada. First, you will visit the neighborhood of Albaicín or Albayzín, which was first populated in the time of the Iberians, before the Romans reached the peninsula. You can wander through its alleys and plazas, and see the buildings that have marked the city's history. You can also learn about the city's typical urban layout from the Middle Ages onwards, when it was under Muslim rule.
Next, you will visit the neighborhood of Sacromonte, known for its caves and gypsy culture, and where you might be lucky enough to hear flamenco in its purest form. You can also stop at scenic viewpoints to enjoy stunning panoramic views of the city and the Alhambra.
