We will gather at the meeting point to start our trip out of the city to see the sights of Tuscany. Our San Gimignano, Siena, and Chianti Day Trip will take you beyond Florence, starting in Monteriggioni, a walled village with towers that have stood since medieval times. Next, you will visit Siena, another medieval city that has well preserved buildings from the Gothic era, such as the Palazzo Pubblico and the Torre de la Mangia. You will also visit Piazza del Duomo in front of Siena Cathedral on top of Santa Maria hill. You will have some free time to admire the surroundings and walk around on your own. Afterwards, we will move on to San Gimignano, a medieval village declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, also known for its towers and for making Vernaccia wine. You will have time to explore the cobblestone streets on your own before continuing our journey to the rolling hills of Chianti, where you will be able to taste Chianti wine along with homemade snacks, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar. After this authentic Tuscan experience, you will return to Florence, where the excursion will end.

*The entrance into the Siena Cathedral requires a strict dress code. Please make sure your shoulder and knees are covered. We cannot hold responsibility if your entry is denied for not meeting this code.
