We will pick you up at your lodging to start this tour that will take us to discover the Estancia 25 de Mayo Ranch, which is already considered to be an institution within the “gaucho” culture of Argentine Patagonia. The ranch has 17,000 hectares and its old center is very close to what is currently downtown El Calafate.

They will be awaiting us at the reception area with mate tea, fried tortillas, and traditional coffee, and then we will begin our sheep herding experience. After this, we will visit the shearing shed, we will walk along Calafate Creek, and we will drink some hot wine with lamb confit.

Next, they will show us the ranch's organic garden and we will watch a video that acknowledges the pioneer families of the area. Afterwards, depending on the time you chose to do the tour, there will be a lunch or a dinner at the El Quincho (or similar) restaurant, where we will be able to try some traditional Patagonian cuisine. Once we have enjoyed this nice moment, we will take you back to your lodging to end the activity.
