If you select a program without entrance fee to Llaqta Machu Picchu, you must have a ticket with enter time from 11:00 am, 12:00 pm, or 1:00 pm, and a discount will be applied as follows:

• Circuit 1B Upper Terrace: You'll get a panoramic view of Machu Picchu and take the “classic photo.” map | video

• Circuit 2A Designed Classic Route: Explore the urban area of the llaqta, visit the Temple of the Sun, and take the “classic photo” from the terrace. map | video
• Circuit 2B Lower Terrace: Start the tour by going up to the lower terrace, where you can take the “classic photo” and then explore the urban area of the llaqta. map | video
• Circuit 3B Designed Royalty: A shorter version of the classic circuit, but you’ll still be able to take the “classic photo” and visit places like the Temple of the Sun and the House of the Inka. map | video

If you purchase a program with an entrance ticket, we will inform you of the available entry when you confirm your reservation. The priority for confirmation is Circuit 2, followed by Circuit 3, and finally Circuit 1.

We will leave Cusco very early to begin the trip to the Ollantaytambo station, where you will board the train that will take you to Aguas Calientes, or Machu Picchu Pueblo as the locals call it. Our team will be waiting for you here and then you will take the bus to Machu Picchu, llaqta or ancient Quechua village that dates back to before the 15th century. Regardless of the type of program you have purchased (with or without ticket), you will have a guided tour through the archaeological site for approximately 2 hours, during this time you will have access to relevant information regarding Machu Picchu, its history and importance for the Quechuas of the time, in addition to the historical legacy for the Peruvian people to this day. After the tour, during which you will be able to observe and take photographs of one of the seven wonders of the modern world, you will begin the return trip by bus to Aguas Calientes, where you will be able to walk around and wait until the time when you have to take the train back to Ollantaytambo. Afterwards, a vehicle will take you to your accommodation in Cusco.

*It is not possible to climb a mountain, Machu Picchu Mountain nor Huayna Picchu, due to the citadel visit is made from the second turn on, in which it is not allowed a climb to neither mountain.

• Cancellation or rescheduling of this tour is not eligible for a 100% refund.
• If you cancel at least 4 days in advance, you will only be refunded 30% of the total.
• You can reschedule the tour date by paying an additional US$ 95 up to 4 days before the start.
