We will depart from Córdoba to Colonia Caroya, city habited by descendants of Italian immigrants, and famously known for its festivals and salami. We will visit the Jesuit Estancia Casa de Caroya, which was once a summer house of the students of the College of Monserrat of Cordoba Capital. Then we will visit the city of Jesus María, and his Jesuit Estancia San Isidro Labrador, characterized by being a pioneer in the production of wine in the region.
