We will pick you up at your hotel in Copiapó to begin the journey to the Andes, near the Chile–Argentina border, crossing desert and high-altitude landscapes.
You will first stop at the Puquios ruins, an abandoned 19th-century mining village, before continuing to the Maricunga Salt Flat, the southernmost in Chile. Along the way, you will enjoy views of Nevado Tres Cruces and the Lamas River, which flows into Maricunga. You will also admire the impressive Ojos del Salado Volcano, the highest in the world at 6,891 m.
Finally, you will reach the breathtaking Laguna Verde, located at 4,350 m above sea level, surrounded by volcanoes such as Ojos del Salado, El Muerto, and Incahuasi. Here, you can marvel at its emerald waters and take unforgettable photos.
At the end of the day, we will return to Copiapó, closing a journey filled with nature, history, and unique Andean scenery.
