We will pick you up at your hotel to go towards the salt mine of Nemocón, a small town 45 km from Bogotá. The mine, one of the largest in South America, is considered a natural wonder, as well as a heritage of historical significance, since its exploitation started more than 500 years ago by the indigenous people. We will take a tour in which we will learn about the extraction process and how it changed as the years progressed. Also, we will see different places inside the mine, including the natural mirrors of brine, the salt waterfall and the chapel built by the miners, among other locations. After the visit, we will take our transportation to return to the city of Bogotá.
