We will pick you up at your accommodation to start this tour of the most notable attractions of the island of Aruba. The first stop of the Aruba Half Day Tour will be the Aloe Vera Factory and Museum. This plant was introduced in Aruba in 1840. At one point in time, two thirds of the island was devoted to the cultivation of this plant, which made Aruba the largest exporter in the world. You will learn about the cultivation process at the former factory and about its economic impacts at the museum. Afterwards, you will continue on to the Casibari Rock Formations, which you will be able to climb and enjoy incredible views of the surrounding landscape. You can also visit the Bushiribana Gold Mill Ruins, historical remains from Aruba’s gold rush in the mid-19th century. Next, you will visit Alto Vista Chapel, built on the site of Aruba’s first Catholic church in 1750. Finally, you will stop at California Lighthouse, from which you will have an unbeatable view of the Caribbean Sea surrounding the island. Afterwards, you will return to your accommodation, ending the tour.
