Let's pleasure ourselves with the preparations that this Selknam dinner show has for us, performance of ethnic dance that recreates myths and ceremonies of the native people that inhabited Tierra del Fuego. The story is about a young kloketen that has to overcome several tasks to become a man of the clan, in the hain ceremony.
During the 2 hours show, it will be served a three-course dinner with plates inspired in each one of the important points that this culture faced. The first course, Selknam Origin, is inspired in the food consumed by the first inhabitants of Tierra del Fuego. The second course, Cultural Shock, is an interpretation of how the Selknam begun to mix with the Spanish people. The third course, Cultural Miscegenation, recreates the Creole contribution to the tastes of this culinary offer.
The menu also includes information to understand every plate and its historical context, and wine and water as part of the culinary script.
