Full refund cancellation
All our tours and programs have a full refund policy in case you don’t want, or you can’t, travel, as long as you give us notice with the minimum anticipation required for each booking. You can find the information about anticipation times for cancellation in the description of every tour and program, as well as in your confirmation voucher.
We try to be as flexible as we can, reason why most of our tours and programs allow a full refund cancellation until 24 hours before the tour starts. However, in some cases, programs can require until 31 days of anticipation to get a refund.
Rescheduling without cost
At all times and as many times you wish, you will be able to reschedule any booking with no extra cost. The rescheduling request must be sent within the anticipation indicated in the cancellation policy of the corresponding tour or program, and it will be always subject to availability.
Compliance with COVID-19 sanitary protocols
All our tours and programs compliance the COVID-19 sanitary protocols arranged by local, regional, and/or national authorities. The measures implemented in all our services are:
- Mandatory use of face mask for guides, drivers, and passengers.
- Frequent hand washing of guides and drivers.
- Alcohol gel disposal for all passengers.
- Vehicle and transport mean sanitization before and after each use.
- In open spaces, social distancing of at least 1 meter between people.
Tours operation status
Our currently operative tours, you can find them in our website marked with the “operative tour” tag. Today, we have operative tours in Chile, Peru, and the rest of Latin America.
In Chile, we operate tours from Monday to Sunday in destinations in phases 3, 4, or 5, from Monday to Friday in destinations in phase 2, and we do not operate tours in destinations in phase 1.
